Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery takes 1–2 working days. The courier sends you an SMS with the tracking number.
Payment
- Bank transfer – We ship once the transfer is received.
- Cash on delivery – Pay the courier on delivery.
- Card (coming soon) – Card payments – coming soon.
All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT. An invoice is issued on request – add your company details in the order note.
Returns and complaints
If the parcel arrives damaged, take a photo and write to us within 48 hours – we will replace it. Full conditions are in the Terms & Conditions.
