What we collect

When ordering: name, e-mail, phone and delivery address (or courier office). When registering: the same plus a password (stored only as an irreversible hash). Through the contact form: name, e-mail, phone (optional) and your message. Technical: IP address and request time – to protect against abuse.

Why we process it

To fulfil the sales contract (delivery, invoicing, contacting you about the order), to meet legal obligations (accounting) and to answer your enquiries. We do not send marketing messages without explicit consent.

Who has access

The courier (Speedy) receives your name, phone and address to deliver the parcel. Our hosting provider stores the data on servers in the EU. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Order data – 5 years (accounting requirement). Your account – until you ask us to delete it. Contact form messages – up to 12 months.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: one for the session (cart and login) and one for the design preview choice. No advertising or tracking cookies. The video on the About page is loaded from Facebook only after you press play – Facebook may then set its own cookies according to its policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). To exercise your rights, write to veranonuts@gmail.com.
