Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 03.11.2026. Draft text – please have it reviewed by a lawyer before going live.

1. General

These terms govern the relationship between Veranonuts EOOD ("the Seller", "we") and any person ("the Customer", "you") using the website veranonuts.com ("the Site") and/or placing an order through it. By using the Site you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

All products are sold in 500 g packs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are in euro (€) and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm the order. We reserve the right to change prices; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders

You can order with an account or as a guest. An order is accepted once you receive an e-mail with the order number. If a product is out of stock we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made by the Speedy courier within the Republic of Bulgaria – to a courier office or to an address. Delivery normally takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. Delivery fees and free-delivery conditions are described on the Delivery & payment page.

5. Payment

We accept cash on delivery (paid to the courier) and bank transfer to the account shown in the order confirmation. With bank transfer the parcel is dispatched after the payment is received.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to food products whose packaging has been opened or which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is at the Customer's expense. To exercise the right, contact us at veranonuts@gmail.com or +359 87 810 5049.

7. Complaints

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours with a photo of the parcel. We will replace the product or refund the amount paid.

8. Personal data

We process your personal data only to fulfil your order and in line with our Privacy policy.

9. Miscellaneous

Bulgarian law applies to matters not covered here. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent court. Alternative dispute resolution: the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg) and the EU ODR platform.
